Heather Culver
Heather Culver is a dynamic figure in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and fitness communities in San Diego. She holds a blue belt in BJJ and is an ambassador for Girls in Gis, specifically for the Southern California chapter. Girls in Gis is a community-driven program that encourages and supports women in their BJJ journey, and Heather's role as an ambassador reflects her commitment to empowering women in the sport.
Heather has recently launched the first-ever "Moms & Minis" class at Infinity Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Santee. This groundbreaking class is tailored for moms and their toddlers, providing an introduction to BJJ that focuses on fundamental movements, safety, and mat etiquette in a supportive and fun environment. This class is a reflection of Heather’s dedication to making BJJ accessible and enjoyable for mothers and their young children.
In addition to her BJJ endeavors, Heather is a mom of four and a dedicated bodybuilder. She holds a Master's degree in Integrative Health & Wellness from Creighton University, which enhances her expertise in the women's fitness industry, where she works as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Heather's approach to fitness is comprehensive, integrating her deep knowledge of health, nutrition, and physical training to help her clients achieve their goals.
